📦 1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (GMT-8) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
🚚 2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping carrier: We ship via trusted couriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
- Transit time (United States): Estimated between 5–7 business days.
- Shipping days: Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday.
- Total estimated delivery time:

💰 3. Shipping Fees
- Flat shipping rate: $4.95 for all U.S. destinations.
- Free shipping: May be available during special promotions (if clearly stated).
- We currently do not ship to:
- U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses)
- U.S. Territories (e.g. Guam, Puerto Rico)
🧾 4. Taxes & Duties
- VincyPrint does not charge sales tax on purchases at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes, duties, or import fees assessed upon delivery (if applicable).
🕓 5. Delayed or Late Shipments
We strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes. However, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Carrier issues (weather, staffing, volume)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- High-demand seasons or unforeseen events
If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact our support team and we will provide a full refund or reship your order upon request.
❌ 6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check all secure areas around your delivery address
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance

⚠️ Note: We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not located by the recipient unless confirmed lost by the shipping service.
✉️ 7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
- If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is undeliverable, we may:
- Withhold refund or
- Reship the item once returned (additional shipping charges may apply)

🚫 8. Refused Deliveries or Repeated Failed Attempts
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer, or
- Undeliverable after multiple attempts by the courier
→ VincyPrint reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund.

- VincyPrint is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping times may extend beyond usual estimates.
