Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost.

  • After 24 Hours: If your order has already been processed or is in production, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still return the item once received under our standard return policy.

Return & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason.

ALL Accepted Return Reasons

✅ Defective/Quality Issues:

  • Items arrive damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Incorrect product sent (wrong item, size, color, design)
  • Significantly different from product description
  • Poor print quality or material defects

✅ Non-Defective/Customer Satisfaction:

  • Change of mind – no longer want the item
  • Size issues – doesn’t fit as expected
  • Color/design dissatisfaction – doesn’t meet expectations
  • Quality concerns – not satisfied with material or print quality
  • Received as unwanted gift
  • Ordered wrong item by mistake
  • Found better price elsewhere
  • Any other reason – as long as item meets return conditions

Return Conditions

For non-defective returns, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 30-day window

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors/designs
  • Different products of equal or greater value

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us with your exchange request
  2. We’ll provide exchange instructions
  3. Send original item back to us
  4. We’ll send replacement item once received
  5. If new item costs more, pay the difference

    • We’ll inspect and process your return within 2 business days of receipt
    • Refund/exchange processed immediately after approval

Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: FREE – We provide prepaid return label
  • Non-Defective Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping, we cover shipping for replacement

Restocking Fees:

  • NO restocking fees for any returns

Refund Processing

  • Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days for most payment methods (may take 7-10 business days for some banks)

Items NOT Eligible for Return

Limited exceptions only:

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
  • Customized/personalized items that were made-to-order according to your specifications (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Items that show signs of excessive wear or damage caused by customer misuse

Note: Even personalized items can be returned if they arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
